Run-time Error 1004

I have copied VBA code from the internet and edited myself to create some invoices, Every time I run the code I get the above error and ask me to debug. Can someone please help me??

The string you receive from the filedialog normally does not give you a trailing backslash. Have you taken that into account? It does not appear you have in your code?
What value is in cell xSht1.Range("p18") precisely?
