Run time error 1004

Hi I'm am trying to run this down below, but I get error its basically replacing an existing sheet and want to see if there is anyway around this.

Error message
Excel cannot insert the sheets into the destination workbook, because it contains fewer rows and columns that the source workbook. To move or copy the data to the destination workbook, you can select the data, and then use the copy and paste commands to insert it into the sheets of another workbook.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
You could try moving this line

are you trying to move a sheet from an xls file to an xlsx/xlsm ?

That may be it. I am going to try Monday as I just seen this I will kep you posted thanks for the heads up. I think that may be the issue but not sure.
