I've copied and pasted my data around my workbook that many times and this is now the dilemna that I have... If I highlight the first column of data, the count (bottom right corner of the screen) is saying 1439 which is the amount of records I want... However, if I copy and paste that column then the count changes to 1782... I must have hidden or filtered rows somewhere in my data but I can't seem to only move the 1439 rows of data that I want...

What am I doing wrong please...?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Microsoft says that you can copy visible cells only like this:

Select the cells that you want to copy

Click Home > Find & Select, and pick Go To Special

Click Visible cells only > OK

Click Copy (or press Ctrl+C)

Select the upper-left cell of the paste area and click Paste (or press Ctrl+V)

To copy a selection to a different worksheet or workbook, click another worksheet tab or switch to another workbook, and then select the upper-left cell of the paste area.

NOTE: Excel pastes the copied data into consecutive rows or columns. If the paste area contains hidden rows or columns, you might have to unhide the paste area to see all the data
