Row Height Change

Hi all, I had some help in getting a column to change it's width temporarily and am now looking to have a row's height be changed based on the number of characters in a certain cell, G30. Past 32 characters the string goes off my printed page which all needs to be on one for audit purposes. I'd like the row to adjust its height (either autofit or from the normal 15.75 to 24.75 whichever works easier in the macro.) So something that says, if G30 >32 characters, row height 24.75/autofit, if G30 <=32 characters row height stay as is. Sheet name is "New Hire Form".

Thank you, Chris

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
If you use the same font (name and size) that's defined for style Normal, that shouldn't be necessary; just format the cell to wrap text and autofit row height (assuming it's not merged).

Thanks I had tried that originally but at your prompting I took another look at the formatting of all the cells in the row and found a few things that were working against each other. Have it sorted out.
