I used round formula in calculated field I am not getting rounded amounts totals down instead of reference total is.rounding
E.g.
A. Calculated field A(rounded to nearer rupee)
10.4. 10
10.4. 10
------------------------------------------
20.9. 21
How to get only totals of calculated field instead of rounding of total of the column a

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
You should round the amounts in the source data if possible.

Yes. But it is still essential to also round the calculations in the fields that are usually automatically created by the pivot table. That avoids infinitesimal errors that arise in most binary arithmetic with decimal fractions.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer the original question. I think the correct answer involves creating a "calculated field" that incorporates the necessary rounding.

But I am not a pivot table person, so I don't know how to do that, or if it is even reasonable to do in rameshca550's situation. I defer to the pivot table people.

You can't do that in a calculated field. They always perform the sum before any other operations.
