Round up formula questions

Hi guys,

I have problems of round up function and would like to ask for help. I have a lot of data needed to be auto round up.

90,91,92,93,94 - all round down to 90
95,96,97,98,99 - all round down to 95

I have tried to search online and tried by myself in excel but couldn't find the solution. Hope any of you guys can help.
