Rotate Text 180 degrees (upside down)...No Word Art

How can I flip text 180 degrees or upside down in a cell? And I don't want to use Word Art.

Is this possible?

Fo what it's worth, you can flip text 180 degrees, in a manner of speaking. That is, you can rotate text +90 degrees, than you can take that text and rotate it 180 degrees, to position -90 degrees. Who knows, maybe this is the solution you need?
