does anyone know how to rotate a histogram graph 90 deg

You can't rotate the histogram itself.

You can copy it and paste it as a picture, then rotate the picture, but that won't be dynamic.

You can copy the range of cells under the histogram, then paste it as a linked picture, and rotate this picture, which will be dynamic.

Or you can calculate your own histogram information and plot it yourself using a horizontal bar chart.
