Hi everyone, i dont have in depth knowledge of excel but have been trying to build a rota worksheet from scratch, but i am stuck now. I have a master rota which has everyone's ideal shifts and a weekly rota, i have copied master to weekly so when i put in a time on 1 it updates the other and calculates hrs worked. cell data type on both rotas is hh:mm, the problem is i cant put in hol for holidays or off for day off because of data type, i only have 00:00 which is confusing visually,please does anybody have any ideas? i am desperate here!
