Hi I have a workbook that I have created for a rota. It runs for the full year with data being selected using a drop down. what im trying to do is create a userform which asks for the date, and based upon the date entered it searches through each worksheet (jan to dec) and displays the name of the persons for each entry in the dropdown box for that day. cells b5:b12 is the names of the person, c4:AG4 is each day and the options for the dropdown list are "Fire", "Deputy","Sweep" and "Sweep 2". If the entry RDO is in the cell I would like an error message indicating that the person is "on Registered day off, please recheck details" - thanks very much in advance
