Hello All

How would i return a number only to =RIGHT(A7,1)

Not sure what you're asking exactly, but if you are trying to make that a number instead of text:

=--RIGHT(A7,1)

also the 1 isn't actually necessary, 1 is the default.

=--RIGHT(A7)

Only some of the values have numbers and some end in text

Im really after if there is no number then it =1 if not then the number

=RIGHT(A9,1) would return 4

How about
Excel Formula:
=iferror(--RIGHT(A7,1),1)
