I have the following in A1 "Floating/Personal Holiday (FPH)". I want to isolate only "FPH".

I have the following formula: RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" (",A1)-1) but it's giving me "FPH)". How do I isolate only "FPH"?

Thank you in advance.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Right returns the X number of characters from the end string so you are getting the ).

Try, assuming it is always three characters in the () that you want to return
Code:
=MID(A1,SEARCH("(",A1)+1,3)

Since the code is at the end:
=SUBSTITUTE(REPLACE(A1,1,FIND("(",A1&"("),""),")","")
