review date

Good morning everyone what I want to do is set up a review date 366 days after the date the file was started I do not want to worry about month and year only days as when the file is reviewed the 366 days will come back in effect. I can later on, when the file is 30 days from review date I can add to it to ether turn colour or email someone with a warning that the file needs to be reviewed before expire date.
