Hi everyone,

I am currently creating an employee scheduler using a Reversed Gantt Chart, one where the user plots the schedule in the chart then the START and END details are automatically updated (using formulas) while plotting.

I used legends such as 0 - vacant hours, 1 - working hours, 2 - break hours.

The following columns requires formula: START TIME, END TIME, START OF BREAK HOURS TIME, LENGTH OF BREAK HOURS

I tried attaching a photo, hope it appears.
You'd be my life saver because I badly needed it.

Thankyou in advance!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
