Reverse Percentage Equation Needed

Hello!

I need an equation to help me back out taxes and fees from an inclusively priced menu item. For instance, I sell a menu item for $127.35 but need to know how much I get for food. Here is the breakdown:

Menu item $100
Gratuity 15%
Admin Fee 5%
Tax 7% (tax applies to both the menu item and admin fee)
Total $127.35

I need a formula that will allow me to enter the total of $127.35 and solve for all other values.
