Hello -

I was informed that the data I complied on a rather large spreadsheet was in the reverse order of how the end user would like to see it.

Is it possible to take a row or multiple rows and simply reverse the data without having to manually do it? In other words, A1 moves to D1 & D1 to A1; B1 to C1 & C1 to B1. I thought maybe I could transpose but that only appears to go from Column to Row and Vice Versa.

Before:

ABCD
1234

After:
ABCD
4321

Thanks for any guidance

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Insert a row above.
Sequence numbers in it from 1 to X
Then Sort by Row

To get that to be Row in Sort instead of Column. Click on Options
Under Orientation,
Select Sort Left to Right
Click OK
