Hello,
I have trouble trying to find a way to do this on Excel 365

I have five values from 1 to 5.
Data bar (Gradient Fill) shows small bar on 1, and full cell bar on 5. I want to show the reverse.
On 1, it should show full bar, and on 5 it should show small bar.
Thank you

Welcome to the Forum.

It is not possible to invert the bars that way, as far as I can tell.

If possible, use a formula to invert the values in either the cell itself or a helper column. Just do 1/a1 etc. and then the 1 becomes the largest and the 5 becomes the smallest.
