"Reverse" Calculation

I'm trying to calculate the daily average gas prices per month per Country. If I'd have the daily prices it wouldn't be a problem but I only have the prices for each Monday in each Country so I have to pretend that was the price for the whole week 'till the next Monday. The problem is I believe I know how the calculation should go but I just can't type the measure...

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Thanks! I appreciate your input but I was looking for a DAX solution:

The data is loaded from a web site and loaded into data model using Power Query. It would be quite easy to fill in the blanks in the Power Query stage but I'd rather skip than and learn how to do the same with DAX measures.
