Revenue sharing in excel to a certain value

Hi,

Thank you in advance for helping.
The company has a revenue sharing contract for 10% of the revenue starting when the company reaches $100,000 per month (month 7) in revenue until all $125,000 of the contracted amount of paid off (month 13)
