This is the List of numbers

5
4
1
2
3

Now the formula cell d1 =min(A1:A5) Returns to the value 1, Now what i want to achieve is, the Cell d1 should return the value one cell above the Min value in the list, i.e it should give the value of 4 and not 1, thanks (Indirectly the cell should return the value which is above the minimum value in the list)

thanks

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Re: Return the value of the above cell HELP

Try,

=INDEX(A1:A5,MATCH(MIN(A1:A5),A1:A5,0)-1)
