Return the next higher value in a column with multiple conditions

Hi folks,
My first post here.
I am looking for a formula in cell M3 that can return the next higher value in column A according to the following two conditions:

1. The conduit type in cell M1 calls from the types in B1:I1.
2. The corresponding value in B3:I18 is larger than the required CSA in cell M2.
