Return the last 5 results in a column to specified cells

Hello,

i need a formula or code to return the results of the last 5 cells to another cell section (which will be put on the dashboard eventually) as data is inputted. so the last 5 results in column y need to return to (ai, aj, ak, al, am) with the last result on column y being in Cell AM. as data is entered in Column y. the results will move across in AI, AJ, AL, AL, AM
