Return text from three data points

I am trying to create a formula that looks at I3:K3 and returns text. L3 would be bronze if all scores are 3 or higher, L3 would be Silver if all cells are 4 or higher, L3 is Gold if all cells are 5 or higher, L3 would be Platinum if all cells are 6 or higher.Currently I used an If (or ... but it is only looking at I3, not I3:K3. For example, L6 is returning Platinum due to I6, but it should return Gold because J6 and K6 are a 5.
