Return from addin form

I am using a addin form for signature on excel sheet I press done command button after signature is inserted in worksheet the addin form is unloaded but it unloads all vba projects I am trying to return to main form. If I put in code before OLEObjects.add which puts signature on worksheet it works ok if exit sub before OLEObjects.add

please help
