Good morning!

I am sure there is an easier way to do this, but I have been banging my head against the wall trying to find a solution to no avail. I would greatly, greatly appreciate help.
I want to return a $ value in D2 (Sheet 1) to display the corresponding $ value from column D (Sheet 2) based on the date in C2 (Sheet 1).

Is this possible? Thank you.

Notes:
  • Row 31 can be ignored
  • < 2021 means any date during or before 2021
  • < June 2022 means any date during or before June 2022

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.

What you are asking for may be feasible (not that sure). Have to work on sample data and depends upon the factors below.

Need 2 things from you -
  1. Update you current Excel Version in your profile as well as here, so that anyone visiting this thread knows what is your current excel version. The solution will depend upon that.
  2. Upload some sample data using XL2BB to work on - Recreating whole data and then start working is a big hazard.
