Return a value as Randomly Serial Number with in Entire Sheet

How to automatically enter receipt number randomly as serial Entry Number while depositing money in a single record in an entire data table to a specific Record Row. Here is an image about this Isse.
This image is of a school sheet in which if a fee is deposited from any part of the record sheet, the Serial deposit number should appear in the next special column while depositing the fee in front of that student.
