Return "0" if zero, return value if not zero

Hoping this one is easy. In my "N" column it does the math as seen in the formula bar. But what I want is if my "M" column is "0" then my "N" column should be "0" and not show negative numbers. Also when my "M" column gets a value (manual entry) the "N" column will still do the math.

How about
Excel Formula:
=if(m15=0,0,m15-j15)

Try:
Excel Formula:
=MAX(M15-J15,0)
