Retrieving Table if Deleted in Access

Is there anyway that we can retrieve a table that was deleted in Access?

It appears that someone in error deleted 1 table.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Not that I know of,

but if you have a copy of the database and you want to get the structure of the table back into your database, you can copy and paste the table.
