Retreive data from different fields and generate mail

Hi,

I had created VB Application to store data and send mail automatically and same data can be modified and send mail automatically(Suggestion from forum).

i have excel cells in the below format

date name of the applicant branch name status


Now i want to generate report from the existing data

Please help me

Could you please provide more specified information on what exactly you need help with. "Now i want to generate report from the existing data" can mean almost anything. Also your subject line indicated you want help with generating the email, but your post seems to indicate you need help with generating a report?

my problem is that i had created vba to store the data using combobox and textbox on commandclik the data will be saved. This data will be entered by 7 different people based the applications received at their end. now what i want to do is generate a report of processed applications for particular person on particular day .

it is still vague, you have described how you collect the data, but you have not described what you wish to do with the data

you need to provide something like this:

i have 5000 rows of data, each row contains a name, an email address and amount owing
i need to group the rows by name, generate the sum of the amount owing for each name, and email the amount owing to the email address associated with that name
