Retain the original email message and attachment file when replying in a voting message in outlook.

I'm seeking some advise with my current issue, I created a mail merge code where the output is sent to outlook with a voting buttons, but I want to retain the original message and the attached file when the user vote, Is this possible? we are using MS365. I do appreciate for any words you can share. Thank you.
