Restricted user

I am trying to change some information in a Cells, but it won't let me change its content. It tells me The value you entered is not valid. A user has restricted the values thaat can be entered into this cell.

How can i change this so i am able to change the information?

have a look at Data / Validation - there must be a reason why somebody has restricted the input...

until Excel2003 menu Data/Validation and check the results there.
