Restrict Cut-Copy-Paste in the specific range of cells having data validation in a particular Sheet of a workbook

Hello,

I want to disable Cut-Copy-Paste in the specific range of cells having data validation in a particular Sheet of a workbook.
Users should still be able to select the value from the data validation list but shouldn't be able to cut-copy-paste any or even the value part of the list into those cells.

Reason is to avoid undesirable copy-paste of conditional formatting because of the copy paste of values from one cell to other.

Let me know if there is any way to achieve this.
