Restrict Copy Paste in Drop Down List

I am using Excel 2007 and I have a problem in drop down list. My drop down list(data validation) contains several kinds of colors, among that i can select any of the colors in parallel i can copy and paste same list of colors from across the workbook.
I am able to reach the functionality till blocking the copy paste into the column for all the values even for the drop down list values.

But I couldn't able to achieve for the drop down list values copy and paste.

I have followed the below url, but its not allowing to select even from the drop down.
