Resource Management in MS Project/MS Server via Sharepoint

Hi

I am looking for anyone that has used MS Project/MS Server or Sharepoint for Resource Management.

I have been told that there is a Resource Management option in MS Project. Sharepoint has timesheet options and you can have MS Project work with MS Server to populate forecasted demand against resource.

Has anyone used this approach and how did it work?
