Resize Errors in Output values

I am running a subroutine that uses the resize method to expand the output values of two variants. I end up with a blank first column and a blank first row from the output range cell with the first set of output values. With the second set of output values I receive a blank first row. It looks like its the same type of trouble occurring. How can I get the entire set of output values for my variants to show up?

I changed the option base from 0 to 1....although I could have swore it failed when I ran it with a base 1 previously.
