Hey,
I have a field with data type 'Yes/No' in which all the records have this field set to 'Yes' i.e a ticked box. I want to be able to change all the checkboxes to a 'No' i.e. unchecked setting in one go instead of having to go through all the records and changing them manually. Is there a way to do this.
Thanks very much :D

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Sure, use an update query, like

UPDATE tbl1 SET tbl1.YesNoField = False;

Replace tbl1 with your table name, and yesnofield with the name of the yes/no field you need to update.
