Hi I have a dashboard I created to monitor H&S data, one of the key metrics is SAFE DAYS, this cell counts upwards each day but then goes to zero if lost tiem accident is recorded so cell C117 counts by 1 each day unless Cell C1113 is greater than zero. I wonder if there is a better way of recording this that resets the count to zero and restarts from the following day even with the existing change in c113 if that makes sense, basically I want to count by 1 day each day unless a lost time accident is recorded then I want the safe days to reset and start counting again without having to delete the entry for the lost time accident but keep resetting every time the lost time accident increases. I hope that makes sense

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Can you give is a bigger example, so we get a better idea of your data structure and what cells need to be used in these calculations (i.e. I do not see any "date" fields or what a "lost time incident" actually looks like.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
