Reset AutoNumber or RecordID number

Is it possible to reset the record ID number or autonumber that is automatically assisgned to each new record? I have been testing a database and would like to delete the junk records in the table and start over fresh with #1 if possible.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
You can make a copy of the table using Save As, and elect to save only the structure. You'll then need to delete the original relationships to the first table, delete the first table, rename the copy, and reinstate the relationships.
