resaltar numeros repetidos en filas

tengo un rango de datos "a1: ty42" y me gustaria resaltar aquellos numeros que se repiten en cada fila , me explico si el numero 6523 esta en la fila 23 la cantidad de 3 veces se resalta , pero si ese numero esta en diferente fila no se resaltara al menos que se repita en esa misma fila
