Required one formula

I have making one calculation after giving formula I am getting resulted value either in minus or plus. Now I want another formula if a value I am getting in a particular cell, if it is in minus then add 365 in it and show the result but if plus then show the same value.

so can someone help me out on this

this should do it, with your value in A1

=IF(A1<0,A1+365,A1)
