Hey Everyone!

Beyond setting fields up as "Required", how can I make sure that users enter data in all the fields in a form, and in order from top to bottom? I already have the tab order set in the correct order.

Thanks!

Tony

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
This may be a bit cumbersome, but on opening the form, have all but the first control hidden. Then as the first control is completed, in the after update event, make the next control visible. Continue this until all controls are completed and visible.

Or, you could show them all right from the start, but follow the same logic using the "Locked" property instead.

Out of curiosity, why does order matter?
