I have two seperate reports, and need to link data from one report to the other. In other words I want a text box in one report to display whatever data is in a text box of another report in the same database. Can this be done in Access?

Yes, in the same way that you would do it with another form.
=[Reports]![OtherReport]![FieldName]
However the "otherReport" will have to be open in print preview for it to work.
