Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could help me please?

I have been asked to do a report so we can determine what customers have stopped using us. I have been told that the previous person who did this but unfortunately, left the company did a report like the image. I have never seen a report like this before so I am unable to work out how to even create this report from scratch with new data.

I would really appreciate your help. If not from this sort of report maybe a pivot table where we are able to change the data ourselves would be great.

Many thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
It looks like Pivot Slicers and Timeline. See this link.

Oh wow as simple as that. Thank you so much 😊

Could you also help me with this attached file? For some reason when I do this report they are never in manifest date order. They seem to go in numerical order but in the actual dates/months order.

Many thanks in advance

The order shown seems to suggest that your dates are actually stored as "Text" and not dates, and are therefore sorted in alphabetical order, from left-to-right.
If you convert your entries to valid dates, then you should be able to sort them in date order.
