Hi,
I send out daily emails based on various reports that Access produces from the database I made. Originally, I exported the report to PDF using PDF Factory, and sent that out as an attachment to the email. This preserved all formating, background colors and spacing exactly as the printed version.
My boss though, ever one to save 2 seconds by not clicking on something, wants to see the report directly in the email, as he used to with my copy/paste Excel reports I used to send him.
In trying the direct to email export option, things are formatted poorly, and all the colors are stripped. Similarly, with HTML export.
Is there ANY way I can preserve background colors (e.g: from conditional formats) when exporting to HTML, etc? Or am I destined to exporting to HTML, then going into Dreamweaver and readding the color?
