Can I make the Background Color on a Report appear Green on screen, but not visible on the Printed copy?
IOW the Text will print normal Black text on white background.

I don't think that's possible in the one setup/preview -- you don't have a setting like Excel's Print Black and White. Once the report is formatted, that's what you print -- so, unless you want 2 different versions to show, screen version first, then close and print the plain version, you might have to make do with the print version.

Yes, I like Excel's Print Black and White.
Oh well I guesss I'll just make a Form that looks like the report with a button to Print the Report, without a print preview.
