I have designed a booking system for a hairdressers, how could I produce a report showing the most popular days and times?

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

I would use a querrie to look at whatever type of 'transaction' table you have. If you right click on the grey area around where the table is when the querrie is in design mode, your can select properties|Top Values and the set what values you want to look at. It will choose the top whatever percent based on the data in the leftmost sorted column of the querrie.

Set the recordsource of the report to this querrie.
