Hi - In a gradebook workbook, there is a sheet for each period of a school day. I want to now output a student's data into a single report, either in report sheet, MS Word doc, txt file, etc. A student may be entered on 1 or more of the sheets. If you are good in reporting, here is the layout:

8 sheets total, named Period 1, Period 2, …, Period 7, and Fields (where I put the HREF scores for grading).

Col headings in sheets 1 through 7 occupy rows 8 – 12 (outputted headers contain 4 rows).

Student last and first names are in cols A and B, starting on row 13.

There is 1 row under each student’s row that also has data for that student (2 rows with data per student).

Values of formulas (points possible, percent, letter grade, etc.) to output are only in cols E through Q, T, AH, and AI in each student's 2 rows.

Values in a range to also output will start at col AR--a new col is added after AR for each new assignment; scores are entered in the cells below.

Lastly, another range to output starts exactly 3 columns after the last column used for the assignments. A col will be entered each day with the date and activity description in the header and daily points and comments in the cells below.

Note: these 'ranges' will end up spanning different columns in different periods.

I would also like an option to be able to output reports for all students in the entire workbook at once instead of just one student at at time.

Thank you very much for your help with this. Other teachers will thank you too!

hi kt.

could you post a couple of images or htmlmaker sheets to help us visualize your input data and desired output data?
