Hi!

I'm tying to send a report direct to a new Lotus Notes e-mail message. I have used the 'send report to e-mail' icon which gives a choice of RTF, HTML, Excel & snap shot viewer etc. but all create an attachment on the e-mail except HTML. However with HTML all the reports formatting is lost. I don't want to use the attachment route for reasons I won't go into. Is there a way to dump the contents straight into the body of the e-mail without losing the format. Also I would like to include the contents of a field in the subject line of the e-mail????

Help much appreciated.

RiV.
