Hello!

I need help with creating a report which needs to:

1. Print Landscape
2. Letter size
3. Have 3 Columns
4. Have a 1 inch space running horizonatally across the middle of the page so it can be folded (the hard part)

Anyone have any insight?

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

I don't mean to be insulting or anything, but if I were you, I'd look into using Word mailmerge instead.

If this is a once and done, Word's mm will be especially nice for you.

If you'll be needing to do it for one or a few records at a time, and often, then you'll want to get code that'll do it FROM Access instead of from Word. In this case, you use a Word doc that contains bookmarks, and the code in Access would populate the bookmarks.

Just some thoughts there. I don't code, but I've had a coder do this for a client so I know it can be done.

Yeah, if it were me, I would use Word, too...

Unfortunately, the Webmaster for my company needs the solution to be within Access, because they have a utility which publishes .snp files directly to the web server without having to use a distiller or any other funky stuff.

...so it's not so easy.

How many records will be in this report? Will it vary? If so, that will be extremely hard - but I'll keep thinking about it. Most likely you are going to need a subreport of some sort.

Yup...

Varied records.

I have tried messing with paper size, looking for some sort of paper form (such as an Avery label, or something), but to no avail.

Thanks for the brain work!
