I am maintaining an excel sheet and i don't have much knowledge about access. For official purpose I have made a forwarding report in access report. When Paste data from excel sheet to access data table reports in the page is not shown chronologically. For instance Information of the First row should be shown in the first page of the report, then 2nd row in the second page(all are 1 page report) but the data shown in the 1st page of the report is the data of the 3rd row. Where is the problem? I don't want to usewizard. Thanks in advance

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Access Tables do not store data in any specific order, they just hold data. If you want sorting in a Report you must use Group and Sorting (right mouse click while the Report is in Design Mode).
